On the main page on my website is a new feature which is counting down the exact amount of time buyers have left to be under deposit on a new home in order to take advantage of the first time buyer’s tax credit. Don’t forget, in addition to first time buyers, the credit also helps people moving up or down who have been in their prior home for at least the last 5 years.
